Amazing experience with I BUY RIC! Ryan, Linda and Danielle were such a pleasure to work with! My elderly mother and disabled stepdad lived in their home in N. Chesterfield, Va. for almost 30 years. The home was what I consider substandard conditions, they were upside-down in their mortgage and the home was too much for them to maintain.

Every conversation, she was very detail in explaining everything that occurred between the previous conversations. She would call even if the updates were general with nothing new to report. This is the part that I was most impressed with, she was very patient and attentive to all my questions.
